If the appearance of Kodi looks boring to you, you might want to change it. You can change the colors of its interface, the background image or the way the icons are arranged. This and much more can be done easily by changing your current skin.
The default skin of Kodi since Kodi 17 (Krypton) is called Estuary and it is quite popular among the users, but you can change it and choose between the many skins which are available. Every one of them has its own look and feel including colors, fonts, zoom and additional configuration.
Here are the instructions on how to change the skin:
- Launch Kodi
- Click the Settings icon
- Click Interface settings
- Hover over Skin
- Click Skin under Look and Feel
- Click Get More…
- Click the skin you want
- Click Yes for keeping the change
Now you have a new skin for your Kodi. You can try different skins and choose the one you like the most. There are several skins which are popular currently and look amazing, among them: Amber, Black Glass Noa, Aeon Nox, Mimic, Omni and Nebula. If you didn’t like the new skin you can always return to the default one.
