Mad Matt’s Kodi Trivia Game is a fun add-on that lets you play trivia directly inside Kodi. It includes thousands of built-in questions and automatically downloads fresh movie and TV questions from the Open Trivia Database each time you play. The add-on also features local and global leaderboards, sudden-death tie-breakers, a Jeopardy-style final round, AI opponents with trash talk, time-out penalties, genre-based skins, and a random skin option.
Here are the instructions on how to install Trivia Game:
- Launch Kodi
- Click the settings icon
- Click System
- Hover over Add-ons
- Click Unknown source to enable it (if you haven’t done it already)
- Go back to the settings menu
- Click File manager
- Click Add source
- Click <None>
- Type the URL: https://mattmillsva.github.io/madmatt and click OK
- Type madmatt as the source name (so you will be able to identify it later) and click OK
- Go back to the Kodi home page
- Click Add-ons
- Click the add-on browser icon
- Click Install from zip file
- Click madmatt (which is the name you gave to the source)
- Click repository.madmatt-x.x.x.zip
- Click Install from repository
- Click MadMatt’s Repo
- Click Program add-ons
- Click Trivia Game
- Click Install
- Wait till you see an add-on installed message
