How to Install Kodi on Andriod

Installing Kodi on Android is very simple and takes only a few minutes. After doing so, you can start working with it without any problem. Many Android devices run Kodi, including TV boxes, smart TV, tablets and mobiles. Kodi support both Andriod 32-bit and 64-bit devices.

Here are the instructions how on to install Kodi on Android:

There are two ways to install Kodi on Android: with Google Play Store or with APK file.

The easiest way is to install it from the Google Play Store:

  • Click this link to go to the Google Play Store for the Kodi app
  • Click Install

If you don’t have access to Google Play, or if the version appearing in Google Play is outdated, you need to install Kodi from an APK file:

  • On your Android device, enable installation from unknown sources (if you haven’t done it already) by navigating to Settings, then clicking Security and enabling Unknown sources
  • Click the URL https://kodi.tv/download for the download page of Kodi
  • Scroll down and click the Android icon
  • Click ARMV7A (32BIT) or ARMV8A (64BIT) from the release section according to the architecture of your device. Kodi APK file will be downloaded to your device
  • Once the download is finished locate the APK file and open it
  • Click Install

After installing Kodi on your device, the next step will be to install some add-ons so you can start watching your favorite movies and TV shows.
