Downloading subtitles for movies and TV shows is one of the common activities when working with Kodi. Every time you want to download a subtitle, you first need to open the subtitles selection dialog manually and then choose a specific subtitle. However opening the subtitles selection dialog can be done automatically by installing the AutoSubs add-on.
Here are the instructions on how to install AutoSubs:
- Launch Kodi
- Click Add-ons
- Click the Add-on browser icon
- Click Install from repository
- Click Kodi Add-on repository
- Click Services
- Click AutoSubs
- Click Install
- Wait till you see an Add-on installed message
That’s all, now the subtitles selection dialog is opened automatically every time you watch a movie or TV show.
